I’m Megan Randall, LCSW, and I help high-achieving adults process trauma, rebuild emotional safety, and reclaim the parts of themselves they’ve buried to survive. With nearly a decade of experience, I specialize in supporting military-connected individuals, professionals, and leaders who are tired of just getting by.


You don’t have to choose between strength and softness. My approach is direct, supportive, and focused on real progress, not surface-level talk therapy. We’ll go deep, at your pace, using evidence-based trauma therapies like EMDR and CPT to help you process the past and build a grounded future.


  • Nearly 10 years of experience with trauma, grief, and relationship recovery
  • Spouse of a retired Air Force veteran, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges military families face and serve
  • Certified in EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, and Gottman Method Level 1
  • Resiliency Facilitator for the American Red Cross
  • 3 years of clinical training at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, in Ramstein Germany working under the Army at the Outpatient Clinic.
